Right to data portability

4. Recording of data on our website

Server log files

The provider of this website and its pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser communicates to us automatically. The information comprises:

Provider of the Liberating Structures App (hereinafter “App“) is Holisticon AG. In this privacy policy Holisticon AG describes which data are processed when you download, install and use the App and how these data are processed.

The App offers an alternative way to shape the cooperation between people. It offers a menu of 33 Liberating Structures with which conventional practices can be changed or enhanced.

2. Download and Installation of the App

Before you are able to install this App, you must agree to the user agreement of an app store provider (e.g. Google, Apple) regulating the access to their platform (e.g. Google Play, App Store). The app store provider collects and processes as data controller data such as username, email address and individual device identification information. We are not a party to the user agreement of the app store providers and have no influence over their data processing. Accordingly, the privacy policies of the app store providers are applicable.

The use of the app can occur without identification of the user. The following data are collected after installation:

a) For the purpose of statistical analysis, the following data are collected:

  • number of installations and deinstallations
  • location of the users
  • rating of the app by the user
  • user’s operating system

These data are recorded, aggregated and anonymized. The establishment of a relation between aggregated Data to a specific person is no longer possible.

b) If our app crashes, it sends an error report provided by the respective operating system to fabric.io, as long as you consented to this after the installation (opt-in). The legal basis for the sending of the error report is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
